Take the Mill Plain Blvd. Exit (Exit 1C). Turn right onto E Mill Plain Blvd. and go approximately 2.21 miles to MacArthur Blvd.

From I-205:

At I-205 Exit 28, turn right onto the ramp towards Mill Plain Road. Keep left to stay on the ramp towards Mill Plain Road West/Vancouver. Bear right (West) onto SE Mill Plain Blvd.

From I-5 going south:

Take the Mill Plain Blvd. Exit (Exit 1C) toward City Center. Turn left onto Mill Plain Blvd. Continue to follow E Mill Plain Blvd. approximately 2.33 miles to MacArthur Blvd.
