How to find us
From I-5 (going north):

From the LEFT lane of I-5, take the Seneca Street exit. At the light, turn right onto 6th Avenue. One Union Square will be on your right between University and Union Streets.

From I-5 (going north from I-90):

Take the Madison Street exit and go left over the bridge. Turn right onto 6th Avenue. One Union Square is on 6th Avenue between University and Union Streets.

From I-5 (going south):

Take the Union Street exit (underneath the Convention Center). Turn left at the first light (7th and Union). Go under the building into the parking garage.

Entrance:

The front door to One Union Square is located at 6th and University. The building may also be entered from Two Union Square, from 6th Avenue between Union and University Street, and from the concourse from Rainier Square.

The elevators are located in the lobby of One Union Square. Use the elevators on the south end of the lobby and go to the 15th floor.

Parking:

OAH does not provide or validate parking. You will need to carefully plan your parking in downtown Seattle and expect to pay between $5 and $7 per hour. On-street parking is very limited and may not provide sufficient time for a hearing. Hearings occasionally exceed two hours.

The entrance to the One Union Square Building parking garage is located at the corner of 7th and Union. Parking at the Washington State Convention Center may be entered from Pike Street immediately east of 6th Avenue.

By Bus:

From Tunnel
Get off at University Station. Follow signs to University Street. After exiting the station on University, walk east up the hill to 6th Avenue. One Union Square is on 6th between University and Union Streets.

Buses on 1st Avenue (No. 15, 18),
Use the stop closest to Union or University Street and walk up the hill to the corner of 6th Avenue and University Street.

Buses on 3rd Avenue (No. 2, 3, 4, 5, 13, 66...)
Use the stop closest to Union or University Street and walk up the hill to the corner of 6th Avenue and University Street.

Buses on 4th Avenue (No. 17, 26, 39...)
Use the stop closest to Union or University Street and walk up the hill to the corner of 6th Avenue and University Street.
